Editorial Policy
In its publishing activities, the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” draws on global best practices regarding the use of clear and accessible methods for disseminating research findings and adheres to a publishing policy that complies with universally recognized international principles of publishing ethics.
Publishing Policy consists of:
- Publishing ethics
- Open Access policy
- Peer review policy
- Informed consent policy
- Retraction / Correction policy
- Policy on the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies
- Advertising policy
Additionally, the publishing policy covers the management of conflicts of interest among all participants in the editorial and publishing process, the use of unified author identifiers (based on the ORCID service) and unified affiliation identifiers (based on the ROR service), storage and open access to research data, as well as recommendations for avoiding predatory or unethical publishing practices.
